Property Finding Service in the Three Valleys ski area

Essentially we are working for you as your impartial representative here in the mountains - tell us what you want, your reasons for buying and what you would like to achieve from the purchase and we’ll aim to find the right property for you.

We understand that your time is precious. We understand that buying in a foreign country, particularly when you’re not on site, can be both difficult and daunting. Our aim is to make the whole process a smooth, enjoyable experience by taking the uncertainty out of the process and working on your behalf throughout the whole process.

We can assist you with all the issues that go into completing a successful purchase including sourcing finance, the legal aspect, getting the right tax advice and what you need to do once you’ve purchased your mountain property.

Before we introduce a property to you we’ve checked it out and visited it first. Once we’re satisfied the property meets your remit and we’ve talked you through the pro’s and con’s we organise your property visits so you get the most out of your time in the Alps. Whilst you’re here we’ll get the essential suppliers such as banks and lawyers to meet with you, fitting in to your schedule.

We don’t have minimum or maximum budgets. We don’t have typical clients other than that they all share a passion for the mountains and in particular for skiing.

We enjoy what we do, relishing the challenge of sniffing out your perfect property, sourcing exactly what you seek within your budget and then providing the link to all the expertise you need, acting as your liaison between legal parties, accountants, agents, developers, builders and suppliers - negotiating and checking the details on your behalf every step of the way.
