Our aim at 3VPS is to make the property finding, purchase and management experience straight forward, stress-free and successful. 3VPS is fully registered and insured in France. Owner Heather Byrne is a registered estate agent which is required by law to allow visits and sales to take place.

We specialise in finding your perfect property in the 3 Valleys, France, one of the largest ski areas in Europe. The 3 valleys are made up of the Courchevel valley, Meribel valley and the less well known Belleville valley. In particular we concentrate on St Martin de Belleville and the surrounding area as these properties represent very good value and the resort retains much of its village charm. We believe that together they make an unrivalled, state of the art ski area which offers a diverse range of property opportunities from traditional village houses, to low maintenance piste-side apartments, right through to top of the range luxury chalets with hot tubs and heated driveways.
