Three Valleys Property Solutions is owned and run by Heather Byrne, a passionate Three Valleys fan and established Belleville Valley resident. The business is based on the fundamental rules that we treat you as we like to be treated ourselves, and we wouldn’t recommend a supplier to you whom we wouldn’t be happy to use.
In short everyone at 3VPS genuinely cares about the service they provide and takes pride in what they do.
As local residents we’re here 365 working with the local agencies, builders and developers and providing you with with the knowledge network you need, and because we live here, we don’t disappear once you’ve made your purchase, providing support and advice as and when required.
A rough guide to what we charge
Finding: We charge a small retainer to cover our initial search expenses and then
a small percentage of the final purchase price. This is all agreed up-
Management: This varies from valley to valley and property to property. It also depends
on what sort of package you require and we can usually cover everything from a basic
monthly check to a full catering and guiding package, again we agree everything up
front and there are no hidden charges -
